COMMISSION TERMS OF SERVICE

ㅤUSER AGREEMENT
All commissioners are expected to read and agree to my Terms of Service. I will not be held accountable for mistakes made on the Client's behalf.ㅤ▌ㅤDISCLAIMERSㅤ■ The terms outlined here may vary slightly depending on the type of commission.
■ Commercial and other per commission specific terms aren't written out in here. You may request to be linked to them in DMs.CLIENT AND ARTIST OBLIGATIONS
■ The Client is expected to read and accept all terms described herein, and the Artist will work under that assumption.
■ The Client is expected to use finished commissioned art in such ways that do not infringe on these terms.
■ The Artist reserves full copyright rights to the original artwork. This includes posting commissioned art publicly in portfolios.
■ The Artist reserves the right to cancel a commission at any time and refund accordingly.
■ The Artist is within their right to refuse service if they don't feel comfortable drawing a subject of a commission. The Artist will not draw anything hateful, offensive or problematic. ※This covers anything that falls under pro-ship, and anything that may contain influence of Generative AI in any way, including provided references. I have the right to cancel and/or blacklist a Client if I suspect any usage of GenAI within our time of working together.
■ I'm willing to draw humans, animals and most original/fantasy species; backgrounds; gore, artistic nudity and suggestive content, and NSFW. You must be over the age of 18 to commission sexually explicit or NSFW content.ㅤ
ㅤ▌ㅤORDERINGㅤ■ All communication is to be done in English.
■ Commission slots are confirmed once I reply and accept your commission.
■ Clients are expected to get back to me in a timely manner, and answer any potential questions I may have regarding the commission.ㅤ
ㅤ▌1.ㅤCOPYRIGHT AND USAGE POLICYㅤ1.1 The Client may use commissioned art for personal use, such as avatars, wallpapers, and profile displays, with credit.1.2 The Client is not allowed to repost or display commissioned art without crediting the Artist. The Artist's watermark may not be removed.
※The Client may ask for the watermark to be moved or removed under certain scenarios, ie. requiring the artwork to be shown unobscured for profile displays.1.3 Commissioned Artwork may not be redistributed or used in external projects, unless agreed upon otherwise. Commissioned art may not be used commercially without paying for commercial fees.ㅤ▌2.ㅤPAYMENT AND FEESㅤ2.1 I only accept payments in $USD. The Client is responsible for and expected to make sure their currency conversions are correct.2.2 Payments are done on Ko-Fi via the 'donate' section. Paypal payments may be invoiced if the previous option is unavailable. Paypal fees are covered by the Artist.2.3 Payments are 100% upfront.2.4 I will only take PayPal payments if the Client is over the age of 18. Additionally, I will not accept payments from shared accounts.■ Commissions slots are to be automatically considered canceled if a payment isnt processed within a 72 hour window, without payment plan. If there are any delays or issues in regards to processing payment please let me know ASAP.▌2.6 ADDITIONAL FEESㅤ
- A design fee will be charged if a Client doesn't have or can't provide a visual character reference and would like me to draw solely from a description. Design fees start at 15% of commission, and vary depending on complexity.- One major revision and multiple minor revisions are allowed in the sketch and color blocking phases. Any additional revisions that aren't easy to paint over or adjust will cost additional fees.- Revisions due to my own negligence are free.▌2.5 REFUND POLICYㅤ
This refund policy only applies to commissions paid for via PayPal or Ko-Fi.- The Client is eligible to receive a full refund of what was paid if a commission was canceled before any work has started or at the very first concept sketches.- No refunds will be issued if a commission is canceled at any later — after the sketch was approved and progress was made, point during the process. Exception includes if a commission is taking more than 3 months.

ㅤ▌3.ㅤCOMMUNICATION, QUEUE, SCHEDULEㅤㅤ3.1 Commissions will be discussed in DMs on Instagram or Discord. References images can be e-mailed to me or linked on Drive, should the quality be poor or unreadable.3.2 Commission slots will be rendered void should a Client fail to respond to the Artist's questions or status updates for longer than 14 days.3.3 The Client must provide a description of their commission request to the best of their abilities. Additionally, at least one high quality, up-to-date and clear visual reference of desired character/s must be sent.* Character references shouldn't include watermarks that block the Artist from seeing the design properly.3.4 Turn around time is up to 1 month per commission. If any major changes in the flow of the process are to happen, the Client will be made aware ahead of time.3.5 The Client can ask about the status of their commission or queue progress of other commissions at any point.- I do not have a set work schedule for commissions and therefore commission progress is unlikely to be consistent everyday.

ㅤ▌ㅤMISCELLANEOUSㅤ■ All digital files are sent in .PNG format.■ I don't provide PSD files of general non-commercial commissions.
※ Character design concept art/reference sheets and alike automatically come in both PNG and PSD files.▌Misc. DEADLINESㅤ
*Not available for all commissions.
- Deadlines are to be mentioned in the inquiry. Deadlines may not be less than 3 weeks from the confirmation of the sketch. The Artist is within their right to refuse to work within a deadline.- Commissions on deadlines may be prioritized in a non-chronological order in the queue. If a deadline heavily impedes on the progress of other commissions, a rush fee may be issued.
